Returns & Refunds — Within 3 Days
We offer a 3-day return and refund window for all orders.
• Customers are requested to send the parcel back to us and bear the return shipping cost.
• Once the item is received, it undergoes a quality verification process.
• Upon approval, refunds are issued within 24–48 hours.
Day 4–7: Store Credit
Returns initiated from the 4th to the 7th day will be eligible for compensation vouchers only.
These vouchers can be redeemed on future purchases.

Exchanges — Within 7 Days
Exchanges are available for 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Customers are required to ship the item back and cover the return shipping fee.
• Once the piece is verified, we will dispatch the exchanged article.
• The delivery fee for the exchanged parcel will be paid by the customer.
To maintain smooth processing, size availability must be confirmed in advance through any of our official social media channels.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• Items must be in unused, undamaged, and unworn condition.
Pieces that do not meet these standards will be deemed ineligible. Such items will be returned to the customer.
