At VLK, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive a premium experience from start to finish. Below is our detailed shipping guide to help you understand how and when your products will reach you.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it immediately.
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new collection launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.


Shipping Duration

We ship all orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

These delivery timelines are estimated and may vary slightly due to unforeseen delays from the courier service.


Shipping Charges
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 300 applies to all orders.
• Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free delivery.



Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the provided delivery details are incomplete or incorrect, the order may be delayed or returned to us. In such cases:
• Re-shipping charges may apply.
• Customers will be contacted to confirm correct details before re-attempting delivery.


International Shipping

At this time, VLK delivers only within Pakistan. We aim to offer international shipping in the near future.


Damages or Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
